CODE OF CONDUCT

Malibu Jack's Code of Conduct

Malibu Jack’s visitors age 17 and under are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian age 21 or older during all business hours. Proof of age may be required. 

 

One parent age 21 or older may escort all of their children. Additionally, one parent or guardian age 21 or older may escort up to 3 youths, age 17 or under. At least one youth must be the child of the parent or guardian.

 

Parents or guardians are responsible for the actions of the escorted youth.

If an escorted youth is banned from the facility, the adult escort will also be banned for the same period. 

 

No “walk-in parties” allowed at any time.

Parties must be booked and confirmed with Malibu Jack’s ahead of time.

 

No smoking on the premises, including vaping and e-cigs.

No tobacco use on the premises including pipes, cigars, chewing tobacco or snuff.

 

Loitering on the premises or adjacent parking area is strictly prohibited.

 

No outside food or drinks permitted.

 

Clean and appropriate attire is required.

No hats, clothing, jewelry or visible tattoos with offensive language or imagery. 

 

We do NOT allow clothing which exposes underwear or excessive portions of the skin, which may be viewed as inappropriate in a family environment. 

 

No firearms allowed except by “on duty” law enforcement officers. 

 

Abusive or profane language, physical altercations, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

 

Individuals in violation of any of these rules, that refuse to leave the facility when requested by management, may be prosecuted for trespassing. 

 

Malibu Jack’s reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time.
